At Linen Export, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth purchasing experience for our wholesale buyers. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility

This policy applies only to approved wholesale buyers who purchase products through Linen Export's website, mobile application, showroom, sales representatives, WhatsApp, or other official sales channels.

2. No Returns for Design, Color, or Preference-Based Reasons

As a wholesale business, Linen Export does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Design preference

Color preference

Style preference

Slow-moving products

Customer buying decisions

Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, products cannot be returned because the buyer no longer wishes to keep them.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

Returns are accepted only for products that are:

Manufacturing defective

Incorrect items supplied by Linen Export

Claims must be reported within 7 days from the date of dispatch.

To process a claim, customers must provide:

Order details

Product photographs

Package photographs (if applicable)

Description of the issue

Linen Export reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving a replacement.

4. Return Shipping Charges

For approved returns:

The customer shall bear one-way shipping charges.

Linen Export shall bear one-way shipping charges for the replacement shipment.

Both parties share the return logistics cost as part of the resolution process.

5. Replacement Policy

For approved claims, Linen Export will provide:

Replacement Only

No cash refunds, bank transfers, credits, or other forms of reimbursement will be provided.

Replacement products will be shipped after the returned products are received and verified by Linen Export.

6. Minimum Order Value

Linen Export serves wholesale buyers only.

The minimum order value is:

₹4,000 per order

Orders below the minimum value may not be accepted or processed.

7. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:

Products returned after the 7-day claim period

Products used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Products returned without approval

Products returned without supporting evidence of damage or defect

Products returned due to customer preference or business decisions

8. Refund Policy

Linen Export follows a Replacement-Only Policy.

We do not provide refunds for:

Change of mind

Design or color preference

Customer purchasing errors

Delayed sales or slow-moving inventory

Refunds may be considered only if Linen Export is unable to provide a suitable replacement for an approved defective product claim.

Any such decision shall be at the sole discretion of Linen Export.

9. Policy Updates

Linen Export reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

The latest version published on our website shall be considered the applicable policy.
