Prices communicated through the website, mobile application, catalog, WhatsApp, video calls, or sales representatives shall be considered valid only at the time of quotation.

5. Order Confirmation

Orders are processed only after confirmation by Linen Export and receipt of full payment.

An order shall be considered confirmed only when:

  • Product availability has been verified.
  • Full payment has been received.
  • Order confirmation has been issued by Linen Export.

Linen Export reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other operational reasons.

6. Payment Terms

  • 100% advance payment is required for all orders.
  • No credit facility is provided.
  • Orders will not be processed until full payment is received and verified.
  • All payment-related charges, if any, shall be borne by the customer.

7. Order Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

As products are reserved, processed, packed, and prepared specifically for wholesale buyers, Linen Export does not accept order cancellations after confirmation.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

  • Location
  • Courier availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Operational circumstances

Linen Export shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or events beyond our control.

Risk and responsibility for the goods pass to the customer upon delivery.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
